The Sunday Star Times leads with a report on the spending of the former Qualifications Authority CEO Douglas Blackmur. The paper says he spent $20,000 in credit card and entertainment expenses and $52,000 on travel over two years. Mr Blackmur is unrepentant, his temporary replacement says some spending was excessive.
