DOVER SAMUELS: The Labour MP Dover Samuels says he doesn’t need Helen Clark to reveal the name of the person who gave her information about him. He has his own team working on identifying the Auckland businessman.
GENERAL PRACTICE: A group advising the Minister of Health has recommended that general medical practice become fully subsidised. The group says that this will save hospitals money ni the long run.
AUCKLAND GRAMMAR: 12 boys earlier told they could not attend Auckland Grammar School, but who were allowed in controversial circumstances, have been allowed in.
STV: Parliament’s Justice and Electoral Select Committee is inviting submissions into local body elections. The committee is considering a bill that contains the Single Transferable Vote (STV) system.
SOCCER SHOOTINGS: Two soccer supporters have been shot over the weekend.
