Scoop Multimedia: Peters on Post-Election Negotiations

Winston Peters Shouts At (Media) Cloud
New Zealand First Leader Winston Peters, whose party is at the centre of negotiations to form the next government, held a press conference this afternoon. He said he would not be holding another until after special vote results are released on October 7 and suggested a government would be formed after the Return of the Writ the following week.
He filled the rest of the time by telling the media off, first for what he considered speculation about the negotiations and later for asking questions he didn't want to answer (as well as taking a moment to stoke trans-Tasman tensions in the Press Gallery), and occasionally confirming (or at least not denying) previously available information.
