In an age when public figures never write their own speeches, it's kind of cute that Melania Trump is vilified for borrowing phrases from a speech by Michelle Obama [who no doubt was reading words that had been written for her by her own speechwriters]. But even worse, it is corny to have a lowly pen-pusher brought out into the public spotlight to be the sacrificial lamb.
