Korea Trade Deal Bill Passes

The third reading of the Tariff (Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea) Amendment Bill has been completed.
The Bill amends law to implement the trade agreement with Korea and was opposed by NZ First and the Greens who do not like the inclusion of investor dispute resolution mechanisms and felt the deal was not good enough.
The third reading was completed by 95 to 25.
