Crowdfunding crowdfunding 2.0 | PledgeMe

[Scoop Editor's Note: Scoop Independent News is proud to support the PledgeMe Team's latest equity crowd-funding campaign.
PledgeMe are the pioneers in crowd-funding in NZ and have gone from strength to strength over the past three and a third years of operation. They are magnificent people and very switched on operators. Scoop.co.nz has utilised their platform twice so far this year for campaigns - both of which were successful as well as being rich learning experiences.
PledgeMe is providing an increasingly strong set of shoulders on which all innovators can stand. An investment in PledgeMe can be seen as a leveraged investment in NZ's creative talent.
I am personally grateful for the assistance and encouragement that Anna Guenther and her team (especially Jackson James Wood - whose visage appears below) have provided to Scoop and I cannot endorse their crowd-funding campaign more highly.

Crowdfunding crowdfunding 2.0
By Jessie From The PledgeMe Team
For those not yet aware, PledgeMe has just launched its second equity crowdfunding round. And we wanted to give you guys the down-low on why we’re crowdfunding crowdfunding once more.
Since our last crowdfunding round, the amount pledged through our platform has doubled. We’ve had nine successful equity crowdfunding campaigns – four of which hit their maximum goals – and grown our team and wider community. But we don’t want that growth to stop anytime soon.
This is where you guys come in! In order to support the increasing number of campaigns and to keep evolving our product, we need to expand our team. To be able to do this, we’re looking to raise a minimum of $250,000, and up to $750,000 from our amazing crowd.
So if you weren’t speedy enough to get in last time, this is your chance. Help us help kiwis fund the things they care about, and invest now!
