House Rises After Progress On Second Readings

The House rose at 10pm interrupting the second reading debate of the Immigration Amendment Bill (No 2).
Earlier the Commerce (Cartels and Other Matters) Amendment Bill completed its second reading on a voice vote and the Animal Welfare Amendment Bill completed its second reading by 107 to 14 with the Greens opposed.
