Education Bill Debate Interrupted

Published: Tue 25 Nov 2014 10:03 PM
The House rose at 10pm interrupting the second reading debate on the Education Amendment Bill (No. 2).
It was clear from the debate the bill was still heavily opposed by Labour, Greens and NZ First after a stormy select committee process. The Government has the numbers to make progress on the Bill.
The House will resume tomorrow at 2pm.
