Reactor Rates The Final Debate An Even Affair

Published: Thu 18 Sep 2014 02:38 PM
The final Leaders Debate was an even affair with viewers responding negatively when John Key and Cunliffe argued and people responding positively to Key’s criticism of Kim Dotcom.
Those taking part in Roy Morgan’s Reactor were asked to say whether they agreed or disagreed about what they were seeing and hearing on TV in real time.
There was a fairly neutral reaction to Key's comments about spying with women tending to agree with him more than men.
However, one of the most negative responses during the debate was when both leaders began arguing about the spying issue
On the other hand there was a general agreement when Key attacked Kim Dotcom.
There was also general disagreement when Cunliffe accused Key of not being "upfront" over a number of issues, though those reacting were not that happy with Key's response either.
Roy Morgan and Scoop would like to thank to everyone who took part in the Reactor series.
