When Parliament resumed at 2pm a number of select committee reports were presented
These were:
2012/13 financial review of the Families Commission by the Social Services Committee
Petition 2011/101 of Penelope Mary Bright and 13 others by the Finance and Expenditure Committee
Report from the Controller and Auditor-General, Central Government: Results of the 2012/13 audits (Volume 2) by the Finance and Expenditure Committee
The Appropriations Bill was introduced and Finance Minister Bill English then began delivering his Budget speech.
