Channelnomics
quotes a report from ABI Research saying Chromebooks
sales are climbing at a healthy rate.
It says 2.1 million
Chromebooks sold in 2013, mainly in North America, then goes
on to predict sales will top 10 million in the next five
years. The report says Chromebooks could already account for
as much as ten percent of notebook sales.
Interestingly
the report says Chromebook's success surprised the companies
making the
devices.
