Controversial Legislation To Be Tackled

The Government is set to deal with two controversial bills today covering telecommunication interception and the SkyCity Convention Centre deal.
After Question Time, MPs are due to polish off the one remaining speech in the first reading debate of the Human Rights Amendment Bill.
This will be followed by the third reading of the Telecommunications (Interception Capability and Security) Bill and the second reading of the New Zealand International Convention Centre Bill.
