Treaty Settlement Bills Progress

Three treaty settlement bills were dealt with under extended hours provisions on Thursday morning.
The Te Tau Ihu Claims Settlement Bill was completed on a voice vote and sent to the Maori Affairs Committee for consideration.
The third readings of the Ngāti Whātua o Kaipara Claims Settlement Bill and Waitaha Claims Settlement Bill were also completed on a voice vote.
The House will resume at 2pm for Question Time with Budget debate set to continue following this.
