The Health Committee hears submissions on the Psychoactive Substance Bill which will regulate the sale and manufacture of synthetic cannabis products.
Submissions come from Enjoi Products, the Timaru Council (Mayor Janie Annear), Police Association (President Greg O'Connor) and Hempstore's Chris Fowlie.
