Court procedure reform will be debated when Parliament sits today.
Following Question Time and the General Debate, MPs are scheduled to debate the second reading of the Criminal Procedure Legislation Bill.
This will be followed by the second readings of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims (Continuation and Reform) Amendment Bill and Land Transport Management Amendment Bill.
