Government Agenda and Credit Bill Introduced
After the coming two week adjournment the Government would seek to progress legal aid and education reform, MPs were told today.
Deputy Leader of the House Anne Tolley said in the weekly business statement that Parliament would adjourn for two weeks following this the Government would seek to progress the Legal Assistance (Sustainability) Amendment Bill. Education Amendment Bill, Land Transport Management Amendment Bill and the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims (Continuation and Reform) Amendment Bill.
The report of the Auditor General on the results of the central government audit was presented.
The Credit Contracts and Financial Services Law Reform Bill was introduced,
MPs began Question Time.
