Benefit Fraud Bill Introduced

A bill proposing charging the partners of those who commit welfare fraud with a criminal offence was introduced when Parliament resumed today.
The Social Security (Fraud Measures and Debt Recovery) Amendment Bill was set down for a first reading and MPs then began Question Time.
