The non-controversial bills were”
Antarctica (Environmental Protection: Liability Annex) Amendment Bill
This completed its second and third readings debate on a voice vote.
Geneva Conventions (Third Protocol—Red Crystal Emblem) Amendment Bill.
This completed its second and third reading on a voice vote.
Subordinate Legislation (Confirmation and Validation) Bill
This passed its second reading by 119 to 1 with Mana opposed and its committee stage and third readings on a voice vote
Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Bill
This completed its first reading and was referred to the Local Government and Environment Committee for consideration.
The House will resume at 2pm for Question Time and the General Debate.
