A report by the Auditor-General on the management and safety of blood products was presented to Parliament when the House resumed at 2pm.
An interim report from the Local Government Committee on the Manukau City Council (Regulation of Prostitution in Specified Places) Bill was tabled.
MPs began Question Time.
