Maiden Speeches
This afternoon Parliament will hear maiden speeches from a number of MPs at 4.30pm.
Today’s Order Paper says that; Tracey Martin, Andrew Williams, Richard Prosser, Brendan Horan, Denis O’Rourke, and Asenati Lole-Taylor will make maiden speeches of up to 15 minutes.
These will follow Question Time and the continuation of the interrupted debate in reply to the Speech from the Throne.
There are still 14 hours remaining for the debate, yesterday the Government adjourned the debate to deal with Government bills and is likely to do so again today.
