Audio of National Leader John Key and ACT (Parliamentary) Leader John Banks announcing their confidence and supply agreement.

The Prime Minister also discusses his expectations for the Government books, and Mr Banks confirms that he has made a statement to police regarding the recording of the 'teapot tapes' conversation between the two leaders.
