Scoop's Selwyn Manning and 5AA Australia's Peter Godfrey discuss how the Tokelau group of atolls north of Samoa have only one week's water supply left. It is due to La Nina weather patterns persisting throughout the Pacific region. New Zealand and the United States have moved to provide equipment and fresh water to Tokelau's 1500 people.
