Greens co-leader Russel Norman launched the party's plan to "create 100,000 new green jobs" today.
The plan (PDF) includes direct government investment, changes to economic policy and income streams including a capital gains tax, reprioritising new motorway spending, a commercial water levy and a strengthened emissions trading scheme – as well as a billion dollar-per-year earthquake rebuilding levy.
Norman said the Green Party's priorities in the election and the following negotiations would be "kids, rivers and jobs".
