The Wire for 21 December 2010 - Moments of 2010 : Hosted By Jon Armistead
First up you will hear my first ever Wire interview which was done on the 18 January. I was thrown straight in at the deep end when Paul asked me to speak to Dr Richard Santos who had been trapped under rubble for two days following the devastating Haiti earthquake.
At about 25 past you will hear an interview I did with Minister of Defence Wayne Mapp on 25 June about the situation in Afghanistan. Following which I will expose where Mr. Mapp had been misled.
After that you will hear my interview from 26 August with former British politician, statesman and humanitarian George Galloway, who came on to the Wire to put the record straight after a New Zealand political commentator had attempted to besmirch his reputation.
After George we’ll be crossing to the Green Desk where Sustainable Simon will be chatting to Paul Thompson about a year of tree hugging.
And finally from the 8th April an interview I did with Paul Lister of the New Zealand Scrabble Association who was up in arms about a new rule change.
Aucklanders can tune in at 95 on the FM dial.
