Tom Frewen: Maori Affairs Committee hears submissions on the Marine and Coastal Areas Bill. One submission accuses the Attorney General of being biased towards Maori. Another submitter says Maori are discriminated against in court Also, the Government Administration Committee hears from the Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs' CEO, who gives an update on what's happening with $4.8m originally allocated to the Pacific Economic Development Agency.
