After an "internet pilot" for 5 WV counties, with total of 54 ballots cast out of 68 requested, the Putnam Co WV clerk now believes internet voting is safe, and wants his county to volunteer. Did anyone explain what happened to those missing 14 votes?...Martin Co FL using a ballot tracking system for absentee ballots, hope it works better than Denver Co system..Former GA SOS Handel hit with ethics complaint.
