General Secretary of the Communist Party Nong Duc Manh inspected assembled NZ Air Force personnel to the sounds of a military brass band. Mr Mahn, the senior leader in the Vietnamese system, and his Ministers will hold policy talks with NZ Ministers later in the afternoon.
