Tom Frewen: The Speaker, Lockwood Smith, makes Local Government Minister, Rodney Hide, answer a question and ticks off Women's Affairs Minister, Pansy Wong, for her answer being too long. Jonathan Coleman also gets a rap over the knuckles. Wanganui Gang Insignia bill passed with ACT splitting their vote 3-2 to provide a majority of 62-59.
