provide no means for sleep. Now
it is winter. How do people live
without electricity? How to

a three-hour, humanitarian window
after months closed, border crossings;
and long, winding lines at bakeries. Is this
outcome from UN Security Council Meeting where
“the US is actively working to relieve this crisis?”
On November 15, 2005, The Agreement on Movement
and Access created and ignored. How can peace arise
without truth, justice, fairness, equality for
Social welfare of a population? Be like
the eagle: wide eyes see black, white
gray in-between distant
lines. Wings spread over people -
dispossessed for 60 years, desperate for
fledgling Palestinian State.
No need to smuggle arms when people
feel safe and free - no occupation.
Be like the desert wolf
use fiscal teeth to pull back
with tough love.
Operation Cast Lead
has no leader or winner, but
leads to massacres and destruction;
the US could have prevented.
Let us engage in
Constructive dialog for
implementation that metamorphoses
reality into peace, security and prosperity
for Palestinians and Israelis. Children of
Abraham must share the Holy Land. Let us
ceasefire blame games - political diatribes
for a map to nowhere. Review the facts:
Palestinian children, women and men killed
after US-supplied F16 warplanes,
Apache attack-helicopters
drop artillery shells end lives.
The Arms Export Control Act meaningless to
survivors who gather their dead children, wrapped in
white sheets. Their still faces
blazed in
World’s collective memory. Bodies
and body parts amid rubble
The Lord gives and US-arms sales takes
away life. People lose their minds
when they see pools of
blood in neighborhood streets.
What happens when white phosphorus shells
fired from Apache-attack helicopters
lands on them? White smoke, liquid droplets
phosphoric acid burns flesh to the bone.
Hard to believe? Ask
Norwegian triage team in Gaza who care for
Patients with depleted uranium. We need
independent investigation war crimes. Actions speak
louder than diplomatic words. Let Palestinians live
viable, contiguous state - let them be free.
