Scoop Audio: Labour's David Parker on ACC Blowout

Yesterday Prime Minister John Key blasted the previous Labour administration over a hole in the books for ACC funding for the next few years. Labour's current ACC spokesman David Parker had a crack at explaining the yawning hole in the books and made certain to point out late in the media stand-up that National was just softening the public up for privatising ACC.
