Fire Service Defends Parliament From White Powder

It was a bad day in Wellington for your house to have caught fire or ones cat to have got stuck in a drainpipe. A large number of fire crew turned up to investigate some white powder which had mysteriously arrived at Parliament.

On the plus side for the potentially under siege parliamentarians was that a number of the press gallery were kept occupied behind the taped off danger zone tape.
Embattled New Zealand First leader Winston Peters would no doubt appreciate some of this magical press stopping tape.
