- KiwiFM Audio: Wallace Chapman talks to Scoop's Selwyn Manning who says we need to listen to the Asian community's suggestions of employing Triad enforcers to ensure they are secure. Manning says Asian people are targeted by urban gangs, we have seen this in recent times, and the community does not feel secure nor supported. There appears to be a leadership void at local community level, and what is clearly needed is a co-ordinated cross-cultural neighborhood watch plan that links into the Police.
