A New Era For Manukau City: The first new mayor to issue a statement to his city's citizens has detailed his priorities for New Zealand's third-largest city. Manukau's new mayor Len Brown said Saturday that the people can look forward to a long period of growth and development that will build on the growth of the city over the last 23 years.
