Crime: NZ First - Issue Tasers Now - The incident last night that resulted in a man being shot dead by police officers clearly highlights the need for Police to be issued with tasers, says New Zealand First law and order spokesman Ron Mark. "While we do not know the exact circumstances leading up to the shooting, reports indicate the deceased was armed with a hammer.
