PM Says No Nuclear Option On Key And Is Concerned By Sick Horses

"I think there may be a blurring between what Labour is responsible for and what it is not responsible for - it may be
time for a bit of a reality check," was the Prime Minister's response to questions regarding Government attacks on
National Leader John Key.
The Prime Minister did not consider the attacks were petty.
"I can well recall early on in my time as Prime Minister that questions about where Ministers actually lived lead to
Minister's standing down from ministerial positions while the matter was addressed. One of them never returned to a
ministerial position so these are not insignificant issues," said the Prime Minister
The Prime Minister told the media she was startled that Mr Key had told the NZ Herald he'd never lived in the
[Helenseville] electorate. The Prime Minister pointed out that Mr Key had enrolled in that electorate and voted there.
When asked by a Newstalk ZB reporter if the Government had a nuclear option (very heavy dirt file) on John Key the PM
explained that there was no nuclear option, to her knowledge.
Other than where National Leader John Key voted and declared he would be living the Prime Minister was also concerned by
horses becoming ill and the effect that could have on the wider NZ racing industry.
