Scoop Poll Watch: TNS TV3 Poll Has Key Ahead
National leader John Key has replaced Labour leader Helen Clark as preferred Prime Minister in the latest TNS TV3 Poll. Thirty-two percent of voters ticked John Key as preferred Prime Minister compared to 30 percent for Helen Clark.
This is the first time in eight years that a political poll has recorded Helen Clark as occupying the second preference position. National is also ahead of Labour by 48 to 36 percent.
