Capital Graced by Wearable Arts Parade Of Wildness

Wellington has lately been blessed with the World of Wearable Arts. Last Friday a parade of strange and colourful costumes was supposed to proceed from Parliament and snake its way through the office blocks of Lambton Quay. Tragically for bored civil servants and office workers the Capital's fickle weather made this impracticable. Today, however, the weather gods were smiling and ace Scoop photojournalist Lyndon Hood was on hand to capture the wacky magic of the Excessive Accessories.
