Scoop Doco: Jihad Battle Mounts Against West's Propaganda
- The United States dominion over 'psy-ops' and propaganda is no longer unchallenged. Islamic insurgents throughout the Muslim world are producing digital video clips with ever-increasing sophistication. The products of this technological revolution carry a double-edged message of 'glory' for youthful 'martyrs' and vengeance against the West. Scoop has obtained video footage - delivered via underground networks and otherwise - originating from Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Chechnya, Turkistan, Algeria and Palestine. The propaganda's message suggests the Islamic fight against U.S. imperialism and that of the West is spreading - becoming more sophisticated. See... Academic Says Media Making Rather Than Reporting
News
[1] Last week senior
lecturer in communications at Auckland's Unitec, Peter
Thompson, wrote an opinion piece on the bust-up between Dr
Cullen and the media where he rejected Dr Cullen's
implication that tax break hungry journos were picking on
Dr Cullen but nevertheless found the media to have been
biased. This morning Mr Thompson explained to RDU's
breakfast host that in his opinion the media had gone beyond
reporting the views of the opposition and had in fact become
the opposition regarding tax . See... Are

Polygamy: The Polygamist Mormon's Private – yet Govt. Funded - Airport
- The first shock is the realization that an airport costing Americans $3 million exists in the polygamist-owned Arizona wastelands of Colorado City. It sits "Spielberg-like" north of the Grand Canyon, east of the Colorado River and serves a handful of planes. How and why it materialized is the second shock. But most disturbing is what a town of outlaw cultists might be using an isolated airstrip for under the radar. See... The AZ Polygamy Town Airport Built With Fed $$$Mns [1]

American Coup: - Robert F. Kennedy Junior On Election
Theft 2004
- Like many Americans, I spent the
evening of the 2004 election watching the returns on
television and wondering how the exit polls, which predicted
an overwhelming victory for John Kerry, had gotten it so
wrong. By midnight, the official tallies showed a decisive
lead for George Bush - and the next day, lacking enough
legal evidence to contest the results, Kerry conceded.
Republicans derided anyone who expressed doubts about Bush's
victory as nut cases in "tinfoil hats," while the national
media, with few exceptions, did little to question the
validity of the election. The Washington Post immediately
dismissed allegations of fraud as "conspiracy theories," and
The New York Times declared that "there is no evidence of
vote theft or errors on a large scale." See... Robert
