Scoop Video: Families Join Greenpeace
Action Against Whaling
Greenpeace NZ
marked an international day of action on whaling today with
a family beach dig in Auckland. Children joined Greenpeace
members making a giant whale of sand on the beach at Mission
Bay, while their parents were invited to “plant a whale
tail” in the sand in tribute to the whales being slaughtered
in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
