Prince Andrew To Visit Trentham Military Base
Yesterday The Duke of York, Prince Andrew, arrived at Linton Camp by helicopter and faced an energised Powhiri led by the 2nd Logistic Battalion Maori culture group.
Prince Andrew later was met by Warrant Officer Graham Purvis. He hongied with Defence Minister Mark Burton, Army chief Major General Jerry Mateparae.
Today the Duke visits Wellington and the Royal New Zealand Army Logistic Regiment (RNZALR) at Trentham Military Camp.
The tour is part of a four day visit to New Zealand and follows the Duke's tour of Melbourne Australia.
