NZ, Thailand Sign Closer Economic Partnership

- Prime Ministers Thaksin Shinawatra of Thailand and Helen Clark of New Zealand today announced the signing of a Closer Economic Partnership (CEP) Agreement between their two countries. Cuba Seeks Human Rights Resolution Against US Over Gitmo

[1] CUBA has called on the European Union (EU) to cosponsor a resolution demanding an investigation into the human rights situation on the US naval base in Guantánamo.
