NEWSFLASH: Katherine Rich Replaced By Judith Collins
Katherine Rich has been demoted to No. 10 in the National Party lineup, Leader Dr Don Brash announced in a press conference at 12.30pm today.
An uncomfortable looking Dr Brash announced the widely expected demotion to the media with Ms Rich at the rear of the room.
Ms Rich, who did not speak, will now assume responsibilities for associate finance, associate health and ACC.
Judith Collins, the health spokeswoman, is taking on responsibility for welfare. She loses he Health responsiblities to Dr Paul Hutchison.
Finance Spokesman John Key joins the front bench in the shakeup.
