Published: Fri 17 Sep 2004 02:40 PM
The Court of Appeal has announced its decisions in two appeal cases related to jailed Algerian security risk certificate recipient Ahmed Zaoui.
In a split decision the court voted two to one against allowing Mr Zaoui to be bailed. Justice Hammond dissented.
Meanwhile in the TVNZ application to interview Mr Zaoui the judges found that TVNZ should be allowed to interview Zaoui in jail.
Full decisions will be posted on the Scoop website shortly.
