Oliver
Charleen Oliver is talking to us as the organiser
for a recently launched venture called New Zealand Runway.
The event is being promoted as a compliment to and expansion
on the incredibly successful Air New Zealand Fashion Week.
The two events will run at the same time, with New Zealand
Runway operating out of the Air New Zealand Fashion Week
venue at the Viaduct Harbour. It hopes to showcase some of
the 'exciting, dynamic and imaginative' aspects of
associated design, lifestyle and creative industries.
1 00 Jane Ussher
Coined the "eyes of the Listener for
25 years", Jane Ussher is talking about the celebration of
her work in the Listener's 65th birthday special glossy
edition, an exhibition at the Auckland Museum entitled
'Portraits of Our Time' that opened on July 5th and a book
called 'Jane Ussher Portraits'.
1 15 Rod Donald -
Greens Co-leader Rod Donald has reacted to the claims being
made by Trade Minister Jim Sutton, Economic Development
Minister Jim Anderton and the Singapore Trade Minister
George Yeo that the latest reports on the New
Zealand -
Singapore CEP Agreement show positive spin offs. Rather,
Donald claims, the figures actually indicate a very one
sided benefit that sees Singapore reaping the economic glory
whilst exporters in New Zealand struggle to find enough
support to keep their heads above water.
1 30 Alastair Thompson of Scoop.co.nz 'In the House' Comings and goings in Parliament.
1 45 Incredible Film Festival
organiser Ant Timpson with the weekly Film
