Poem: Spilling Palestinian Arab Blood
Spilling Palestinian Arab Blood
By Genevieve Cora Fraser
To soothe his rabid
critics
Sharon spills Palestinian blood
Hamas leaders,
Yassin, Rantisi
Are not sufficient carnage
To smooth
Zionist feathers
Sticking together
The blood of
Palestinian
Nationalism is soaked
Into the flag a
triangle
Of suffering unfurled
On every man
Woman
and child
Like sacrifices of old
The lust for Zionist
control
Cast children on sacrificial
Altars rapes
villages robs
The poor casts out
The sick, dying,
elderly
Infects the bread of life
Spoils the milk
Of human kindness
The bloodlust of Zionist
greed
Drives butchers to sentry outposts
Swimming
pools splash wasted
Water down drains as
natives
Thirst depraved settlers
Attack irrigation
systems
Wells, groves, all that is not
Theirs is
theirs an unassailable
Force rivaling
Hitler's
Military onslaught
Israel's will is
Israel's
Might a force to be
Reckoned with as
Israel's
Boot gives a kick
To the collective
Arab
heads
