NEWSFLASH: Suspected Bomb A Gift To Minister

Wellington Police say a suspicious package delivered to the
Reserve Bank Building - which led to a bomb scare and the
evacuation of four buildings - has been identified as a
"ticking gift to a cabinet minister".
The alert is now
over and the streets affected have been
reopened.
