Today on The Wire
bNews with Renee Disco Pigs is a play
from Cork, by Enda Walsh. Written in extraordinary Irish
dialect, and described as James Joyce on acid, it features
two characters Pig and Runt who are in love and out of
control. Our Irish lass Noelle McCarthy catches up with
director Tony Mc Caffery. Is Auckland
following suit? The Prostitution Reform Bill includes a
provision for councils to work out their own place for
brothels in the area. They can't ban them but can decide
where they should go, and what sinage they can display.
Today we speak with Juliette Yates as the City Development
Committee considers these points. Frontline,
the pairing of 4130 and MC Con Psy are nominated in the bnet
awards, and they're quite excited about it, we find out what
it means to them. And Green Dean talking
about recycling mobile phones.
Aucklanders can tune in at 95 on the FM
dial. From the desk of Renee Mundy, 95bFM
