Do you know, my daughter, that what I did when knowing the Will of God was to overwhelm myself with His grandeur? I would think about that same Truth. I would think about and meditate on God. I would think about Him and love Him, and in loving Him, I understood and accepted how much of that Truth could overtake me.

I accepted that His Will be done in me, accepting by it whatever the good, great and painful I would have to bear; adapting my wish to His and becoming one with Him.

I thought about Him, loved Him, and served Him. And even though the knowledge of the future filled my soul with bitterness, no one realized it because at the same time it was happiness, since it came from the hands of He, who being my Son, was at the same time my God, my beloved Lord.

The knowledge of that truth, while overwhelming me, exalted me at the same time, because it lifted itself up to the Divine Will, making me helpful for the good that would arise over all men.

And so, little daughter, to be chosen is an infinite gift that also carries an inevitable and painful duty, for it is to renounce being for oneself and to lose oneself in the hands of God.

In 1999 Katya Rivas was the subject of a top-rating documentary show hosted by Mike Willessee (see Scoop TV review - Jesus Christ Tells FOXNews He Wants To Hug World and Scoop Images ). More recently Rivas says she was instructed by Jesus to have her books translated and published on the internet with the intention of having the books distributed to as wide an audience as possible. The Great Crusade of Love and Mercy

Each year as an part of an observance of Lent Scoop.co.nz publishes a serialisation of Katya Rivas's book "The Passion".

Katya Rivas's work was the subject of a documentary made in 1999 by Australian's Ron Tesoriero and Mike Willissee called "Signs from God" ( read a review here ). In the same year the then Bishop of Buenos Aires Jorge Bergoglio - now Pope Francis - requested a scientific investigation of a remarkable and unexplained phenomena involving a discarded host which had started to bleed. In 2013 Ron Tesoriero published a book "Unseen : New Evidence" which addresses what happened with this investigation and its implications for the quest to discover the origin of life.
