Hi folks,
Public Address continues to go nicely - although I'm finding it a bit difficult to attend to business amid the parties and (more to the point) multiple Christmas deadlines.
The perils of success, I guess. But I'll be sorting out a few more things next week - and I'm delighted to announce that Jolisa Gracewood will be joining us soon with her new blog, Busy Town. She's a New Zealander who writes from New York, where she is finishing a doctorate at Cornel University, and she's very clever.

When I went into Balmoral this morning to empty my mailbox I counted the neighbourhood's third broken shop front in a fortnight. All three windows belong to clearly-signed Asian businesses. Hopefully it's traditional vandalism rather than a gift from Winston Peter's white Christmas...
