Internship Opportunity At Volunteering New Zealand

Volunteering New Zealand is looking for an intern to assist the National Development Manager with the setting of national standards for volunteer management for the complete voluntary sector.

The position would suit a recent graduate looking to gain experience, who is currently employed but looking for a new challenge.

The secondment is for 6 months. Usually the intern is supported by their current employer to take 6 months sabbatical.

While the salary is small the experience is unequivocal.

The successful applicant would be involved in research, setting standards, liasing with government departments, writing policy and lots more.

Interested parties should contact VNZ National Development Manager Karen Roberts without delay, as VNZ needs to find the right person by Friday.
